Dysmorphia
“Dysmorphia” puts fashion magazines in a derogatory light when it comes to manipulating their images with technology, allowing models to achieve an unachievable body type.
This artist book contains easily accessed images from Google to showcase the accessibility of people finding such highly edited images. Images in the publication are then further manipulated through the use of an advanced machine – a Xerox printer – to explore the different possibilities of what a body could look like.
Design
absurdity
Design absurdity is a publication where it was a collaboration with the rest of my classmates in school. This particular publication focuses on the process of all of us making a metal spoon with the use of metal wires of different grades.
Taxonomy
Taxonomy was a project where we had to take a collection of things that are categorized with similar themes. I took this approach by wanting to showcase how each and every man is beautiful in their own way no matter what differences they could possibly have.
